The Hive Drawit: A Fair and Fun Community

In recent times, the Hive Drawit community has been plagued by issues that have made it less enjoyable for participants to engage in the game. One of the main problems is the lack of fairness in voting, as players are forced to vote low for many builds until they see better ones later on. This can be frustrating, especially when there are more talented builders who deserve recognition.

Another issue is the prevalence of profanity and off-topic builds, which can make the game environment unpleasant for some players. In addition, the current voting system does not allow for place cards, making it difficult to accurately assess the quality of each build.

As a player who values fairness and creativity, I believe that the Hive Drawit community needs to adopt a more inclusive and constructive approach. One solution could be to create a new mode that allows players to focus on building skills rather than just drawing pixel art. This would encourage players to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas.

In my opinion, building should not just involve making pixel arts on the ground. It requires creativity, skill, and attention to detail. However, I do admit that having a good drawing skill is an asset, but it's not the only aspect of building.

The recent theme of 'Ice Cream' was a great opportunity for players to showcase their skills, but unfortunately, many builds were limited by the participants' building abilities. In fact, six out of the 12 works were pixel arts drawn on the ground, and the top three places went to those same pixel arts.

As someone who has always tried to do their best in Hive Drawit, I believe that the community should strive for fairness, creativity, and fun. By addressing these issues, we can create a more enjoyable experience for all players.
